1Who we are
This website (“the Site”) and the digital product The Natural Cat Care Companion (“the Book”) are published by Dr. Sarah Lane, DVM (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using the Book you agree to these Terms.
2What you are buying
The Book is a single, downloadable digital ebook (PDF), approximately 50 pages across 8 chapters. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to read and print the Book for your own household use, plus all future revisions of the same edition at no extra charge. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the file.
3Pricing & payment
- The price is $37, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
- Payment is processed securely by our checkout providers — PayPal or Dodo Payments (merchant of record for card checkout), depending on the button you choose. We do not store your card details.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4Delivery
Access is delivered instantly — a download link to the PDF is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us.
5Refund policy
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase for any reason. To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or contact us at the address below. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually the same day. After 7 days, all sales are final.
6Educational content & veterinary disclaimer
The Book is educational content only. It describes general, well-understood natural and home-care approaches to common feline wellbeing concerns — skin and coat care, digestion, hydration, and everyday comfort — for general information. It is not veterinary advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease in any animal. Nothing in the Book is a substitute for an examination, diagnosis, or treatment plan from a licensed veterinarian who has actually seen your cat.

All text, illustrations, the cover, the persona “Dr. Sarah Lane”, and the brand “The Natural Cat Care Companion” are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Book is limited to the amount you paid for it. The Book is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “last updated” date.
